"European SCALOPES project finished successfully"

On March 29th, the Final Review for the ArtemisIA R&D european project SCALOPES was celebrated in Brussels. The results achieved and the technology demonstrations performed by the partners where praised by the panel of reviewers composed by ARTEMIS JU officials and consultants.

This project has been developed in close colaboration among 39 companies and research institutes belonging to the ARTEMIS (Advanced Research & Technology for EMbedded Intelligence and Systems) Industry Association.

SCALOPES (SCalable LOw Power Embedded platformS) is the first concluded project of the First Artemis Call (ARTEMIS JU Call 2008) and so represents a big success for the Artermis enterprise and the participating partners. It started in January 2009 and has lasted for two years.

Vista Silicon has taken part on the Spanish Consortium within SCALOPES and has focused the activity on the development of cross-domain technology and tool developments for HW/SW embedded platforms with multi-core architectures and low power consumption.
